1. Collecting

1.1. User-submitted web forms – this is where a user knowingly submits their information on the company’s web-server.
1.2. By use of cookies – some pages on the website (i.e. login pages) use sessions, which are managed by a small file called a cookie. These are necessary so that users can remain logged in for a period of time. When a user configures their username and/or password to be remembered on their workstation a cookie will also be created.
1.3. Website statistics – These statistics are collected by the web-server, and are used for popularity analysis. With these statistics, the company can tell which pages have been neglected by users, and source a reason for this. The company will also collect a list of IP addresses which visit the website, and may analyse this information for future security developments.
2. Using
Information is used in a number of different ways by the company. This section outlines the company policy for the processing of data.
2.1. Information collected by the company may be used for the purposes of marketing products/services which may interest a customer.
2.2. Wherever possible, the company will give the customer the option to update the information held about them.

3.1. All information stored by Ads-Un Businesses is kept secured, which only staff of relevant authority have access to.
3.2. Relevant precautions are taken on a regular basis to ensure no loss/damage to the data which the company store. These include but are not limited to: back-ups, installation of Antivirus/Spyware and firewall systems on company computers and access restriction within the company.
4. After use
Once completely finished with, the information that the company stores about users is safely disposed of. Information may be stored for a lot longer than the customer would expect, in order for the company to look at trends, future marketing campaigns and any other use which the company deems appropriate
